However, in her post, Meri clarifies that the premiere episode for this season was filmed long before she and Kody separated. According to her, the last reunion special was filmed in November 2021, which was before she and her sisters relocated from Flagstaff to Salt Lake City and before she announced her separation from Kody in January of 2023. It was also before Christine’s decision to leave her marriage and settle in Parowan, Utah full-time with her youngest daughter, Truly.
Nevertheless, there’s still hope that fans will get to see the rest of the Brown women in season 18. On Mar. 7, Christine’s son, Paedon, posted a TikTok in which he spilled the tea on the air date for Sister Wives season 18.
He revealed that the show will be returning in September, and it’ll be the series’ 18th season. The new season will follow the women as they navigate their marital struggles and find strength in a world that’s not quite sure how to handle their unconventional family.
